Crew Criteria
- Indonesian Fishing Vessel Crew with good attitude
- Medical Check Up according STCW 1978 IMO & MLC 2006 ILO
- Age Between 19-40 For Deckhand And 22-60 For Officers;
- Certified crew according to STCW 1978 & Amandement, STCWF 1995
- Experienced Fishing Vessel Crew in Europe, Japan, Korea and Taiwan
CREW COST AND MANAGEMENT FEE
- Salary based on ILO Standard
- Total Crew Cost ITF Standard
- Manning Agency Fee
STEP BY STEP FOR COOPERATION
- The Vessel Owner/ Operator and Paloma sign the Manning Agency Agreement (MAA)
- Paloma obtain letter Appointment and Letter Authorization for recrutment and placement Fishing Vessel Crew from Vessel Owner/Operator
- The Vessel Owner/Operator appointing Paloma to manage Collective Bargaining Agreement(CBA) with the indonesia Union Seaman, which contains The Standar individual Working Contract and other regulations, Compensation, Insurance, etc
